How to Format Your SAMRA 2026 Proposal (Without Overthinking It)
All SAMRA session proposals are submitted via an online form, and consistency is key.
YOUR PROPOSAL MUST INCLUDE:
Presenter details (name, role, organisation, contact information).
Session title and selected session type.
Target audience.
Session overview, objectives, and relevance.
Proposed delivery format (e.g. presentation, discussion, case study, interactive elements).
Short presenter biographies.
High-resolution presenter photographs.
IMPORTANT PROCESS POINTS TO NOTE:
Each proposal must be submitted separately.
All materials must be submitted by the deadline.
Submissions are final once submitted, unless SAMRA requests changes.
Proposals and presentations are evaluated before and during the conference.
Focus on being clear, structured, and intentional — formatting supports your idea, it shouldn’t distract from it.
