I am authorised to transact with SAMRA for this firm booking. Bookings are firm unless cancelled before 30 April 2026; a cancellation fee may apply. Bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. Substitutions must be communicated to the SAMRA office. Bookings close on 30 April 2026.

Early Bird Tickets: A 10% discount applies to bookings made on or before 17 April 2026.
2025 Delegate Special: A 12% discount applies to delegates who attended the 2025 conference, valid until 30 March 2026.

All discounted bookings must be paid in full by 30 April 2026.

SAMRA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to require a deposit, which may be full payment, within 10 days of submitting a booking form (for example, where the party making the booking has an overdue account with SAMRA).
SAMRA is a registered VAT payer (VAT No: 4830124451). VAT at 15% will apply to all invoices and payments.

Any room service, drinks, incidental expenses, etc. will be for delegates’ own accounts and must be settled directly before departure.

Photographs taken at SAMRA events may be used by SAMRA without further permission from the persons in the photograph.

SAMRA reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any arrangements relating directly or indirectly to this event due to circumstances beyond SAMRA’s reasonable control. SAMRA will not accept liability for any losses and/or damages delegates may suffer as a result of any such alteration or cancellation.
